Tumbling & Trampoline
Here in the Tumbling and Trampoline department of Technique we offer a variety of classes designed to help your child attain his or her goals.
Professional, Passionate, Positive, and Personable TNT staff will team up with your child to set and then accomplish their individual goals. Our TNT Staff is highly trained, CPR, and safety certified. They follow progressive lesson plans constructed to teach your child proper technique while building skills and confidence.
Our 38,000 sq. ft. facility is filled with all the equipment, matting and trampolines needed to progressively teach your child in a safe and fun environment. Come check us out and we will give you a tour.
Tumbling Level 1:
This class introduces the “no or little experience” student to the basic skills of cartwheels, handstands, standing round off, power hurdle round off, and two step hurdle round off.
Tumbling Level 2:
This class takes a strong round off and turns it into the much coveted round off back handspring and standing back handspring. Students also begin to work intermediate skills on the trampoline.
Tumbling Level 3:
Building from the round off back handspring, this class works multiple back handsprings, round off back handspring back tuck, round off back tuck, standing back tuck, front tuck, and basic twisting techniques.
Tumbling Level 4+:
This class trains the show- off in every group to do just that. “Show off” for your cheer squad with full and double full twisting layouts, double backs, front and back tumbling series.
Trampoline Class:
Students learn trampoline skill progressions with a more relaxed approach. This class has no level requirements and is taught in age groups.
Please note that we offer Open Practices to all of our tramp & tumbling students on most Saturdays from 1:00-3:00 PM Members pay only $7.00 while non members are $10.00. Work on your tumbling and jumps and get ahead of the gang! If you're a cheerleader, please feel free to bring some of your squad members, however your cheer coaches may not come on to the floor and coach you during open practices. *No one is allowed on the floor without a parent-signed waiver.
