Open Practice

There will be no open practice on November 28th, December 3rd, December 17th, 24th, & 31st

Attention All Athletes:

Our Open Practice policies have changed!

Open Practice is most Saturdays from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm. for Kids ages 6 - 18.  Older teens may be asked to produce an ID showing their birth date.

Members pay only $7.00 while non members are $10.00. 

Space is limited to 40 participants for each open practice.

Come and work on your gymnastics, or tumbling skills. Only those skills previously learned in class may be attempted. There will be staff supervision, but no individual coaching is provided during open practice.

Don’t forget that all students not enrolled in Technique classes must have a Technique participation waiver signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate. Technique waivers can be down loaded from the front page of our website.
